Extremely organized and proactive thinking are the two phrases that come to mind when I think about Lizette. I've had the pleasure of working with Lizette for the last year at Johnson & Johnson Consumer where she expertly supported me and my team of 15 people. I was particularly impressed with Lizette's ability to anticipate the future and ensure that there was never a loose end. She planned numerous events, global team meetings, managed our complex budget and always held herself to a high standard. We miss her on the team! Any leader would be lucky to have Lizette support them and her team.
